Description
These cheery little chaps are made from wood and felt, and each one is perched on a pretty straw wreath, which is a lovely bit of traditional Scandinavian craft in itself.
Straw work has been part of a Nordic Christmas for centuries, from the Julbock to the woven stars, so a pixie sitting in a straw ring is exactly the right sort of thing for a Jul tree. They are 8cm and come ready to hang, as a set of two in two different designs so the pair has a bit of character. Soft and light rather than breakable, which makes them a safe choice for a tree with children or pets around it, and they sit beautifully alongside nisse, woven hearts and anything else red and white.
Set of two wood and felt pixies on straw wreaths, in two designs. 8cm.
