Made from FSC certified MDF and designed here at Hyggestyle our Viking game board is based on one carved into the deck of a longship found in Århus, Denmark and is the perfect entertainment for the Viking in your life. Players must get three counters in a row to win (rather like Nine Mans Morris) and full instructions are included.
Neatly packed into a linen storage bag, the set is beautifully wrapped with baker’s twine and a handmade birch gift tag, all ready for you to fill that Christmas stocking!

Why MDF? Well, we are proud winners of the Surfers Against Sewage Plastic Free Champions Award and are super conscious of the environmental impact of everything we make. Yes, we could make these gorgeous little game boards out of sustainable birch, but our MDF is made using every last scrap of wood chip and sawdust created during the processing of wood sheets, thus minimising any waste… upcycling at its finest! It is also fully FSC certified.
