We LOVE lavender! The most versatile and relaxing of essential oils, it promotes such a sense of calm and well-being!
- add a few drops along with a tablespoon of milk into a warm bath for a wonderful bedtime soak,
- a couple of drops under your pillow will aid sleep and calm that busy mind!
- treat sunburn with a mixture of 10 drops of lavender oil to a cup of cold water, spongeing on as required
- inhaling a few drops of lavender on a tissue can help to ease a headache
- blend with a little bicarb of soda and dab onto insect bites to stop itching
- mix with a few drops of coconut oil to use on small scrapes as a natural antiseptic
