Description

According to Sámi tradition, a Kuksa should never be purchased for yourself, but gifted, symbolizing a wish for good fortune to the receiver ; our kuksa are hand carved in Sweden from beautiful sustainable birch.

  • Superior Insulation: The wood’s low thermal conductivity provides excellent insulation, keeping your hot coffee or tea warm without burning your hands, and keeping cold drinks refreshing.
  • Lightweight and Durable: Designed to be carried on a belt or backpack, this cup is the ultimate companion for hiking, bushcraft, camping, and all your outdoor adventures.

True to Nordic custom, your Kuksa should be “cured” when new (often with strong coffee or a spirit) and requires minimal cleaning. Never use soap or harsh detergents, as this can strip the wood’s natural oils and destroy its protective character. Simply rinse your Kuksa with fresh water and wipe it dry after use.

Height 10cms, width of bowl 10cms. Length 16cms.
