Start by breaking your chocolate into a microwavable bowl or saucepan. Melt the chocolate fully and stir every few minutes to totally break the pieces.

Shred the wheat with your hands and gently stir into the melted chocolate.

Line a plate with your paper cases and divide the mixture between them. Press 3 eggs into the nests and leave to cool in the fridge for an hour or until they have completely set.
